Week 5, Thing 10 - Image Generators

Image generators are lots of fun - I'm amazed at the possibilities. I spent way too much time playing with the ones on Generator Blog.

Week 4, Thing 9 - Locating RSS feeds

Well - I thought all of the search tools in this exercise had some merit. Feedster was easiest to use, but I thought the results of some of my searches were a bit off the mark. The feeds I found using Topix.net were better. I looked at Syndic8.com and Technorati, but I wasn't really interested in most of the search results - they were really all over the place and many entries seemed to be from questionable sources. I really only want a couple of RSS feeds of things I'm interested in, so I don't see myself using these search tools to find more and more, I hardly have time to look at the ones I've already got. When I see the standard feed icon, though, at least now I know how to add it to my bloglines account
